Utility Operator Apprentice – The Village of Union Grove is seeking a hard-working, public-service oriented individual with an interest in a career in operating water and wastewater systems to serve as a full-time Utility Operator Apprentice. It is a three-year position designed to give someone with basic skills and qualifications the training and experience necessary to be a professional utility operator. Pay will be dependent on qualifications, $22-$25 per hour, with an excellent benefits package.

Public Works Trainee – The Village of Union Grove is seeking a hard-working, public service-oriented individual with a serious interest in a career in Public Works to serve as a Public Works Trainee. The primary focus will be street and park maintenance, snow/ice removal and stormwater management. The position may also be directed to assist with activities associated with water and wastewater. This is a limited two-year position. The individual will have the opportunity to become a Public Works Equipment Operator when the two-year period has concluded. Pay will be dependent on qualifications, $20 to $24 per hour, with an excellent benefits package.
